Run, do not walk here. This place is unbelievably good. I had the vegetarian combo, which is a heaping serving of various lentil... dishes, vegetables, salad and injera. It’s a feast for the eyes as much as it is for the stomach. All vegetarian dishes arevegan, and while the injera is not gluten free, everything else is (and rice can be ordered instead). Served on a large platteron an injera, this meal is eaten with the hands. It’s a real experience to eat here, and one that should not bemissed. Tasteful decor, you can smell the spices as soon as you walk in the door. The service is excellent, friendly andknowledgeable. This is a real not-so-hidden gem. Read more
If you like ????????Eritrean/Ethiopian???????? food, you will love this spot! I can't emphasize enough how FRESH the ingredients... are. The flavors are well balanced and not too spicy. I’ve been craving Ethiopian food for a while, and since I am visiting Hamilton for Canada day I had to find the best spot in... town! Luckily I looked up google, and found this gem of a place. The food is exceptional!!! I was craving Doro wat for a while,and the one I had here is beyond words. The food is flavorsome, and reminded me of my childhood. The service is great, and thestaff is super friendly. I'd definitely recommend it to those who are looking for new delicious experiences. Read more

Got vegetable and chicken stew combo today for lunch. The food is very tasty and the portion is really big ( I was... overconfident, thinking I can finish these myself lol), so I would say the price is rather fair. Later I boiled some chickenbreasts and mixed them with the left over, and they made a fantastic dinner ! The stew sauce is just soooo good ! Read more
