I've been going to this restaurant for almost 20 years now. Their gyro meat is excellent and so are the ribs and burgers. They... recently increased their prices and a gyro plate w extra pita is now $15-16. Kind of pricey compared to King Gyro which is about10-12$ and very similar. I?ve come here for just about 10 years unfortunately I will have to cut ties with how unprofessional and argumentative the older... woman working there treated me. I remained calm yet she screamed and yelled at me despite me telling her that the issue was noone?s fault. She then interrupted my phone conversation and began yelling again which was uncalled for and extremely rude. I wasalso asked to ?calm down? by the co-owner despite the fact the that woman was the one yelling which played into the ?angry blackwoman? stereotype. The customer service is horrible and has gone down hill. The ladies are rude. The lady taking my order was rude and rushing me.... When you ask for advice on what to order she just says ?I don?t know I don?t eat here? with nasty frown on her face. They mustbe short staffed because it took 25 minutes to make my basic sandwich and it was poorly prepared. My side of cheese that cost1.25 had chunks of italian beef and lettuce in it. Earlier in the week, I came here at 7, and they refused to make a saladbecause they were wanting to close early and didnt want to make anymore. Very rude and poorly managed.
