Got there around 6:15am, ordered our food with the young lady. I?m guessing it was a shift change because when our food came out... it was a different lady who brought it. She dropped it off and hurried to the side of the building to go talk and smoke withsome friends of hers that pulled up. Never did she check on us, came back in the building to drop off the check and rushed backto the outside of the building to go smoke again, I wanted a refill but I couldn?t get it she never came back inside. I wish I could give a zero star for this one. Passing through, decided to have breakfast here and it was NOT a great experience.... They offer curbside on their website and allow you to order that way but don?t actually have curbside per their staff. I orderedgluten free pancakes and they were out so they substituted them with regular pancakes and didn?t inform me. (For all youmedically GF people I feel your cringe) Good thing I checked!!! Finally we paid for a coffee that they did not give us. Whencalling to get this corrected we were I initially met with attitude and the rep even blamed my daughter for the gluten mix upbecause she came in to pick up the order after waiting and no one coming to the car. When I asked for a refund I was told wehave to wait on a call back from the general manager. No one there could process a refund on-site. Guess we will wait and seethen give corporate a call. ???? Update: The manager did call back and apologized. He also processed a refund for our troubles.However weeks later, this refund has never actually been paid. Im just glad we caught their mistake. It was absolutely frigid in this ihop. With my phone setting on the table, a thermometer app showed it was 61°. Our server said... it was centrally controlled and couldn't be changed. My wife got a winter coat out of a car and for the first time ever in anyestablishment, I had to wear a jacket. Our server seem to be absent-minded, had to make repeated trips to get things we'd askedwe asked for. Our food was really great. Read more
