Let me start off this review by saying I love smoothie King. But I would have to say this location is one of the worst locations... in the country. I thought maybe it was a coincidence that I came by one day and it took 20 minutes with only one car in front ofme to get my smoothie. But today I came back I had to repeat my order three times because the person did not understand myorder. Then they still did not get the smoothies right. The last time I came, the reason why it took over 20 minutes for me toget my smoothie with only one car in front of me was because One of the employees was sweeping the floors instead of makingsmoothies and when I asked her why was she not making the smoothies instead of sweeping the floors because she said that wasmore important to do right now and I told her never mind. I did not want your smoothies and I asked for the manager. She saidshe did not have a manager there. I asked what their name was and she said I can't give out that information. I asked what thecorporate phone number was so I could call and she said she did not have it. This is something that should be posted on thewindow. If management or corporate management or district management read this review, please have a talk with your employees atthis location about their manners and their flow of work.
