I have spent so much money at this Starbucks over the last ten years. But within the last year, nearly every time I go, my drink... is made wrong. It is a six dollar drink. And I have to either drink it made wrong or ask them to remake it, which I hate doingbecause they look at you like you?re crazy. I literally get anxiety going to Starbucks now because of this. Well this morningthe barista had the audacity to argue with me and tell me that she would have to charge me for extra milk even though it wasclearly on the drink sticker that I had paid for extra already but I could taste that they didn?t add it in my drink. I calmlytold her that my drink is often made wrong lately and that I have gotten this drink for years so I know what it should tastelike and her response was ?well I?m sorry you?re having a bad morning.? I just drove away. They are careless and they takeadvantage of customers. These highly priced drinks should be perfect every time. It so often tastes like they just pouringredients in cups without even bothering to measure anything. (Many times it has tasted like they barely added any milk to mydrink at all.) So many times this year I have just not enjoyed my drink that I paid quite a bit of money for because I didn?thave the courage to ask them to remake it correctly. I shouldn?t have to stand up for myself every time I go to Starbucks. I amnot going to spend six dollars on a drink that over the last year has been made wrong nearly every time, and they either arguewith you or give you an angry look if you ask them to remake it. I don?t normally leave reviews but I had to leave one after my encounter today. I was in line waiting for my coffee and... overheard the barista ask a customer if she wanted anything special like ?spit? in her coffee. My jaw hit the floor. At first Itold myself maybe they know each other and he was joking but come to find out that was not the case. The worker was extremelyrude and unprofessional to the girl in front of me. I never saw her act rude or nasty for her to be treated like this. I lovetarget and Starbucks but honestly don?t know if I will be back to this location for my coffee.
