We have been wanting to try Walk-On's for a while. I ordered the jumbo fried shrimp. I have been to other restaurants that say... "jumbo" shrimp. Walk-On's definitely takes the prize on this one. It comes with 8 "JUMBO" shrimp, hushpuppies and wafflefries. I think my husband and I could have shared them. They were full of meat and delicious. The hushpuppies were so soft, nothard and crunchy like other places we've been. Waffle fries were fried just right. Not too hard or soft. Definitely glad wedecided to stop and try it. My husband got a salad and cup of gumbo and helped me finish my shrimp. Read more

Went in to eat dinner and didn't realize that it was a little before closing time. The waitress took us anyway and smiled the... whole time. Never had an attitude once and she made sure we were taken care of. She even recommended changing a dish on the menuto suit my vegetarian diet. It was delicious. Atmosphere was nice. Almost all the food was good. We had a good time. I read a review from someone else and this is why we went... tonight. The other reviewer mentioned a blackberry moonshine margarita. I had one and it was very good. Made the trip worth itfor sure. I thank the other reviewer for mentioning it in their review and I thank Walk-Ons for having the drink. One of thesliders was not well done, otherwise all was good, everyone enjoyed their food, and had a good time. Read more
