Iv stopped at quite a few Dunkins and there r very few that can make an ice coffee correctly,, this was one of those Dunkins!!!... Coffee was perfect, customer service was great, will def stop by again!! Read more
Ordered hot black large coffee with 6 sugars & no cream WITH a little ice, hash browns & a snack wrap. After order was repeated... back sans ice, I reminding the attendant about wanting ice. After paying I got my coffee which felt quite hot so I looked at theprinted label: without ice listed. I inquired & got the simple reply of sorry. I inquired how they failed to get me therequested ice after specifying it during my order & reconfirming. Only got sorry, will check next time. And there was no offerto add ice & give me some in another cup. AND the hash browns were luke warm. I want to give these folks a chance but 75% of thetime they screw up even the simplest of orders. We got coffees through drive thru; I ordered a HOT latte. That latte was ICE cold in a hot cup. I don?t understand why or how it... was cold considering to make a latte you steam the milk and put hot espresso into it. I?ve worked at dunkin and during my timethere I never made a cold hot latte.
