If I could give 0 stars I would. I was getting breakfast before a softball tournament and it?s took over 30 minutes. The one... worker was moving so slow and the other worker didn?t know how to read or give out proper orders. She messed up over 3 peoplesorders in the time I was there. I love coming here! Always the nicest and hardest working people there! They always make my coffee perfect too!
I was served my donut and coffee with the same gloves she was using to count money at register. She even put her hands inside... the donut bag to open it wide then grabbed and touched all over my coffee cup. I ended up trashing everything outside the store. Read more
I don't understand how at 7:30 in the morning with the drive-thru full of people and a good amount of people inside this Dunkin... that I get cold hash browns that were undercooked everything should be fresh and hot during their busiest time of day. Themedium vanilla chai was almost halfway empty...should have gotten a small for what I paid for. Read more
