To the Owner, thank you for your response to my initial review. I would like to add details for context. My family and I have... been to LunaZul several times to dine in over the last few years. The food and service was very good. We recommended the food tofamily and friends several times. In the last three months we've ordered take out twice. The same items both times. Steak andchicken fajitas for me, beef verde enchiladas for my wife, and beef enchiladas for my daughter. The last two times the food wasmediocre at best. The refried beans (which are normally amazing) were not good at all. And my fajitas had no sour cream orcheese served with them. We ordered from this restaurant after passing by it numerous times. We ordered the yucantanes enchiladas, a Mexican sampler, a... beef and cheese empanada, and a kids cheese quesadilla. The food was about average for Mexican food. The yucantanes enchiladaswere good and different from the typical Mexican menu. The rice was a little under done. The Mexican sampler was kind ofbland. The empanada had a corn dough which was different than usual but a little too doughy. Overall this establishment hasdecent food but would probably go elsewhere for Mexican food. Read more
We decided to explore more local restaurants and found this gem! Food was excellent! The places was very nice and clean. ... Staff were very friendly. The bartender John was AWESOME! We stopped in for tapas and a drink. Great tapas menu. Wife had a watermelon mojito which she has been looking for. Chicken... tamale and empanada were excellent. Chips and salsa upon arrival. Staff was very friendly and on top of everything. Place isvery clean and the atmosphere is appropriate. I look forward to coming back and trying other items on the menu. Read more
