Extremely rude. I have never been treated so poorly. Apparently it?s okay for your staff to raise their voice at your customers... when you forgot an item and came back to pick it up and asked very politely if they still had it. I was so embarrassed. This was my first time going to this Wawa. Before I Went here for a delivery order I said this isn?t going to be a good area... considering I?ve never been there and something was telling me no it wouldn?t. It was a bad customer service experience. Thelady was not even a good customer service representative. I was waiting to say I have a delivery order to pick up so I wassaying excuse me to get her attention. She was like I hear you girl like she?s annoyed . She looked it up and didn?t tell meanything about the order . I waited and another lady came up to tell me delivery orders are on the other side . I went there andthe order wasn?t over there so I went to wait outside to give them more time to make it. When I came back to ask a man how longis it on the order he looked around and didn?t have the order. He asked me to go where the drinks are where I was when I firstoriginally came in where the lady said girl I hear you. The man ask him if she has my order. She said nope and she didn?t let meknow the whole time I was standing there. That?s ridiculous how some people works at a place but don?t actually do their job. Mepersonally I don?t go to wawas and I would have cancel the order but I couldn?t because it wouldn?t make sense to deliver 1order to the same person if it?s going to the same place.
