2nd time same very bad service. I've enjoyed other Applebee's this one is different. We arrived and they had lots of empty... tables, but they will not seat you till the party before you has their drinks ?? I have a very bad leg and my wife asked for usto be seated. Hostess said no it was policy. We told them it was our policy to eat else where! We drove 25 miles to eat here andthen this happened. We will not be back, there are other Applebee's that give great service! Read more

On this day 7/29/22 my husband and I only had about a 15min wait to be seated for dinner, another 5min before our waitress asked... us if we wanted something to drink, another 5min or so to actually get them. We got there about 6 pm just barely ahead of therush. As usual the place was pretty packed with people. From the time we ordered our meal to actually receiving it maybe 25min,which was actually pretty quick considering. Overall it was a good experience. Read more
My fiance and I had date night tonight and stopped in for dinner. Very disappointed in the service and cleanliness of the... restaurant. Her and I both were original employees of this establishment when it first open and have never seen it this dirty. We were there for an hour and had a pile of trash on the floor across from our table for the entire time we were there. Employees and managers walked right by it and didn't care. There was another table down the way from us that had a pile of trashwith a broom sitting by it, right next to another table. The management staff needs to take more pride in there establishment. Service was terrible. Background music to loud had to shout to servers to be heard or to even talk to other guest. Bathrooms... were dirty and had no paper towels to dry hands. Servers just stood around talking to each other rather than helping customersor making place look presentable. Read more
