We had the fish with french fries and coleslaw as well as the shrimp scampi linguine. Food was excellent, we will be back!... Amanda was our server, she was excellent. She checked on us several times, she had our check ready when we were ready to go, the service was great. Read more
Rustic Oak is worth the 5 star rating. Each time my husband and I go they never disappoint. The food is so good and portions... are big. The staff is so nice and accommodating. Whoever the chef is he or she is excellent! It is definitely our favorite go torestaurant! And don't forget to try the fudge ???? Read more
Not too busy on Sunday evening. Seated in 10 minutes which was fine. Can't review food: Despite seeming to have sufficient staff... for the number of customers, no opportunity to order after at least 20 more minutes at table including no eye contact from anyemployee. We gave up & got back on the road to avoid being even later to arrive at our destination. Staff appeared slow &inefficient while having long conversations with some patrons. They act like they don't want customers from out of town. Therewas a long worded sign at the entrance about employee storage issues. Observing the dining room for 1/2 hour, that seemed like acop-out. But we should have headed that warning although not completely accurate. It should have stated that due to poormanagement, you may get service sometime. Can report on restroom: dirty with non-working fixtures. We would have told managementrather than a negative review had any management been present or available. Read more
Nice place! Very personable staff and service. Big menu which made choosing what to eat very tough. All of the menu items... looked good. Had the fried green beans for an appetizer. I had the steak burger horseshoe sandwich. My son had the CountryEgg, Bacon & Cheddar Cheese Burger and his mom had the Santa Fe grill chicken salad. All of the meals were filling, with noroom for dessert. I highly recommend this Pub when in Hannibal! Read more

I know yall are under staffed but when I have a party of 6-8 and have to wait 45 minutes while your 5, 6-8 topper tables have 2... people at each one and 3 open 4 toppers I think what you need is a new floor manager. Our food also came out in 3 groups notsure why the kitchen didn't hold our order until it was all ready to be sent out... it was all ordered at the same time.
