Super weird vibes from the staff at this location. I walked in the store because I wasn't to sure what I wanted and I had a... friend back at the hotel that wanted something, so I took a photo of the menu to send back to him. When I got to the front ofthe line, I wasn't welcomed.. But interrogated as to why I was taking photos of the staff (I wasn't) which made a member of thestaff want to come around the counter to fight me. I explained what I was doing (even though I didn't have to) and in reply thecashier just said "ok so what do you want?" I ordered two donuts and an ice coffee.. Which somehow took 10 minutes to make. Inever felt welcome in this location and I won't be back. The Starbucks across the street is a lot more welcoming. Read more
I go to Dunkin all the time. Every time it rains I take my kids there to get donuts and eat them under our porch. I?ve always... gone to the one closer to me but recently the service has been so horrible they act like your inconveniencing them by coming totheir store. I decided to switch and try this store. Oh my gosh what a different experience. The first time I went a young blackman with two lip piercings helped me and he was wonderful. He was happy and professional and kind. I saw him helping hiscoworkers when he didn?t have to (we love that). He said good morning to me and smiled and got my order right and apologized forthe wait (there was no wait) and was just all around pleasant and competent. We went again today and again the workers wereefficient and got my order right and smiled and were kind. We will definitely be coming here from now on. Someone seated on the ground at end of drive thru. Appeared to be setting up to panhandle. Went in for a cup of coffee. Not a... clean inside. Very abrupt service, no personality is servers. Tried the ladies room which was locked, person came up knocked onthe door calling out a name, no answer.
