I ordered a pizza from thier website to this location was told delivery would be 60-74 minutes. I finally recieved my order... after 3 hours!!!! Called to complain.....was called back the following day they said I could order they same pizza at no chargeanytime just call the local store number. I'm currently trying to order said pizza and keep getting put on hold. Been on holdfor over 30 minutes. The workers inside papa John are incredibly rude. I went in this location the other day, my first question was " what are your... specials" the guy responded " online only" it's like they didn't want to be bothered with walk in orders at all. I was on my wayhome and my phone died so I wasn't able to order online, anyways after paying $18.52 for a large pepperoni pizza, and got hometo charge my phone I look online and they have many specials. So I paid almost 19 bucks for the pizza I got when they had 2 twotopping large pizzas for less than what I paid for one. The boy taking my order was new, and the 2 other guys making the pizzacouldn't be bothered with helping him out, they looked at me like why was I in this store and not ordering online..then , when Iwent back in to pick it up it was ready but the employees were too busy having personal conversations . Ordered carry out this past Tuesday around 7pm 8-23. Got pizza home only to find the crust at the bottom of my stuff crust... pepperoni was paper thin with hardly no cheese at all. The cheese pizza was correct as well as cheese sticks. I called spokewith a female manager. Her customer service was at at 1. I explained to her what happened and if she could start the remake so Iwouldn?t have to wait when I got there. She then said you will still have to wait. We have a lot of orders in at the moment. Sorude, I explained that?s why I?m Calling so I don?t have to wait not to mention it was a mistake on your behalf. Needless to saywhen I arrive back at the restaurant pizza was not done. The guys that remade pizza were very friendly while the manger neversaid two words to me. He even offered me a drink for my wait and troubles. Manager? nothing! I told myself I wouldn?t go back there after my husband waited almost 2 hours to get our order and the quality has seemed to... gone downhill. Well tonight was the last straw. My order said it was ready on the app so I headed over. The timeframe I wasgiven was 15 to 20 minutes and I was there within about 25 minutes. When I got there it wasn?t ready and they said a few moreminutes. Well after waiting a total of 40 minutes it?s still wasn?t ready and they said three minutes I promise and I asked ifthere was a problem with the order but they said it was almost ready. They were kind enough to give me free pizzas next time formy wait but when I took the pizzas to the car One of them was the wrong pizza. I ordered a shack a Roni which was correct and INew York style pizza with extra sauce and banana peppers. That pizza also had pepperoni all over it which I couldn?t eat becauseI don?t eat meat. When I took it back in they said the New York style pizza always has pepperoni. That is incorrect. They don?tknow their own items. They New York style pizza nowhere on the website or on my order says it has pepperoni on it. It is justlike any other regular pizza that you can add toppings to.
