A surprising number of vegan/vegetarian options. And really good food! A new go-to.

Very good place. The waiter Tom was helpful and extremely pleasant. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the veal was tender. Will... definitely go there again. Read more

I'm a big fan of the space and how they took measures to help the acoustics because it is a tight space with a lot of noise. We... were sat near the kitchen (which is open for everyone to see) and the chef was doing a lot of yelling. The polenta fries werethe best thing I ate... the pasta, pizza, and desserts were underwhelming in flavor. Read more

Visited their on a Thursday night in July with me, my wife, and 19-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, we were not overly... impressed with their food. Some aspects were really good while others were not. Full disclosure, we're from Northern New Jerseyoutside of New York City and have access to an awesome amount of high quality Italian food. I can see how other reviewers admireImpostos attempt at higher and Italian food recipes, but for us they fell short. (My daughter made a joke that they shouldchange their name to "Imposters"). They're focaccia bread is not like the typical forgot you a bread in that it had a whitebread texture. The flavor profile was good, but did not have the chew of a traditional focaccia bread. The Caesar salad was verygood with a dressing that was obviously made on the premise. It had good creaminess and flavor including a good amount ofanchovy taste. Seafood proteins in our dishes were good, however the sauces were not up to par from our own experience. Thesauce that was the worst for us was the Alfredo sauce. It was thickened too much by flower and did not have the cheesy, creamyflavor one would expect. Again, I admire their attempts at making better Italian food, but for us, they fell short. We wereunderwhelmed. Read more

I’m still picturing the yummy food from last night! This was our 1st trip here and certainly won’t be the last!!... Unfortunately we were sooo hungry I didn’t take pics. In a nutshell my hubs and I sat at the chefs table what a fun experiencetaking in the smells, fast paced cooking by the best chefs in the Upper Valley - Todd Ramsey and Shawn!! We enjoyed freshmarinated olives, scrumptious bruschetta and polenta fries that melted in our mouth. For dinner the hubs had the Penne AllaVodka and I dined on Mussels Vermicelli both dishes were top notch which was enjoyed with a beautiful Tucson red. The atmosphereis warm and cozy and feels like it would fit perfectly into a cool NYC neighborhood. A+++ for the wonderful service by theamazing Conner!! Todd and Shawn the great chefs were so very pleasant to converse with. Read more
