Their attitudes are almost as stale as the pretzels
Pretzels ain't very good, cheese sauce is WAY too salty! Expensive, and multiple health violations!one guy was wearing gloves... while rolling the dough but was also wiping sweat away with the gloves, manager doesn't wear gloves even when handling food,doesn't wash after returning to work, no one wears a hair net..... So I just went to Auntie Anne's because my 4 year old said, "daddy, I want pretzels". I purchased a cup of pretzel bites.... Before the cashier could give me change. My son accidentally dropped his pretzels. The cashier charged me for a second cup. Thisis terrible customer service. I'll never go there again. Get better staff your company is a joke. I'd hate to lose the dollar itprobably cost you to give my son a second cup. What a joke!! Read more
