Purchased my first cake from here for our daughters birthday. It was an easy process and they did it beautifully. Had no... problems with the staff, as others had mentioned. They were pleasant and helpful. The cake was delicious and my daughter andguests loved it. We are not big sweet eaters and this was in no way overly sweet like most cakes. So I found the service to be quite accommodating; allowing me to order my daughters birthday cake through Facebook messenger due... to an injury I had preventing me from doing so in person. The cake was beautiful to look at, photographed well, and the actualcake part was marble flavor and-oh-so moist. The price was very reasonable. My 3 stars is because something got lost intranslation I think. I needed to bring them character pictures but I printed them on the wrong paper and was told that wouldn?twork with the buttercream frosting; ok no biggie. I asked to scrap the character idea and just make it pretty. The problem wasthe frosting was whipped not buttercream which is what I, my guests, and the birthday girl all prefer. Birthday girl refused toeat any of it but did eat a macaron (which were very good). The whipped frosting was very bland and more milky than sweet. Itwas incredibly thick shaped around the cake and broke off in messy chunks as I sliced it. No one ate any of the frosting sothere was a lot of waste. Read more
