Not my fav... been here before. Was hoping it would've improved. Burger wasn't to specs(DRASTICALLY undercooked) and had to... request stuff on the side that they missed putting on the burger and on the side. Easy stuff. Server could've caught it, hadthey been paying attn. Won't be back. This mistake will NOT be repeated. Read more
It was our first and last coming to this restaurant. I really had high hopes for this place. Sadly was not impressed at all.... Our waitress was very kind, but Just not proficient at all. Not to know if it's because of the kitchen or what, because it didtake over an hour for meal to come out. Plus, it just seemed kind of dirty. Light bulbs were burnt out dust pans and brooms werenext to the children highchairs. I think if the food would have been good you really could over look the other negatives, but itreally was not. Higher priced but good overall Came in on 9-16 decided on the challenge, OMG it's a lot of eats, fries piping hot, The onion... rings are killer. Super service even though it was packed. Typically a great burger place. This experience was not Desi's best. The buns were cold as in out of the fridge and the fries... were cold like they were cooked long before our burgers. This was the condition of all three lunches ordered today. Thecondiments were empty, had to grab another ketchup off of another table. Desi, you can do bettter. Read more
