For my recent wedding, we had a caterer who's name I won't mention already booked and they backed out on us. After doing a... search for a new caterer with a food truck I found J & B Grilling. I am so glad I did. This crew was great and Jabbar wasamazing to work with. The professionalism was top notch. I had a million questions all the time and he was always patient andanswered every single one of them for me. He went out of his way to view the venue the day before my wedding to make sure theset up would be done how I wanted it. And on the day of, he made sure the wedding party was taken care of first which made myday a lot smoother! The whole experience from start to finish was great. We chase this BBQ truck EVERY summer because it is absolutely the BEST BBQ in Delaware!! Pulled pork, chopped chicken, ribs and... the special appearances of their sweet smoked ham are ALL amazing! Sides are just as incredible! If he ever opens a restaurant,I might live there lol. Definitely book J & B's for any catering event!!
