Used to be a great experience but after the same mistakes repeatedly and ALWAYS tip big I am given bad attitude and ALWAYS a... watered down version of my order! So sad that a few lazy employees with horrible people skills can ruin a once happy andenjoyable transaction that keeps our small businesses thriving! I have not tried there coffee, but I have been 2x's now for a Strawberry Smoothie. And was beyond disappointed both times. I... expressed to the lady who was working the 2nd time, of how the previous one tasted way to creamy & she did say she would putless cream in then said they do use a ice cream base, well I have never had a smoothie or heard of a smoothie place using icecream as the base. It tasted like water down Strawberry & cream milk shake, it was horrible. Most smoothies are fresh or frozenfruit, a little yogurt & ice.
