If I had seen how many 1 star reviews I would have gone somewhere else. The girl on the first order had an attitude. They got my... order wrong the first time. So I had to order again. Then ordering for the second they got it wrong again. The girl that broughtmy second order also had a nasty attitude. I aksed her a question and she ignored me so I asked it again and a 3rd time and shekept on walking. Got my order and left. Got home and I was still missing part of my order. I see by the professionalism of yourstaff that it's not worth coming back to. Read more

I have gone to this sonics before,and it has always had great customer service.So i asked for an Arnold Palmer with sweet... tea.The cashier didnt know what that was so I said half sweet tea and half lemonade. But they brought out just lemonade and whenI pressed the button to get it fixed.They took a half an hour to fix it.So when i called them back they said it was headedout.But when i got the drink it was not the drink i asked for and it had a weird blue greenish color to it..and it wasbubbling.So I will definitely not be returning to this sonic for awhile. I come all the time. Worst experience ever. Asked for a route 44 cherry coke and it came out large so they went to fix it came... back with a route 44 flat coke so I said I will take a blackberry sweet tea they brought back a tea mixed with lemonade . So Ijust asked for mine to be refunded. My kids were okay with there even know the black berry tea my daughter got was half lemonadeshe liked it . I had to have them remake my daughter strawberry slush that did not come with the nerds candy all I asked was fornerds to put in it. But when I asked for a refund she made me give all of our drinks back because other wise she could not giveme a refund. Never heard of this before. I was okay until I had to give my kids drinks back.
