Server was outside smoking when I went in. I sat down. The server finished their cigarette and walked in and not once looked in... my direction. I was the only other customer and didn't even get talked to by an employee for ten minutes before I walked out andI will never go back or recommend this place to ANYONE. Edit: This review was intended for the huddle house in my hometown.This Huddle House in particular was actually really great and the food was terrific. My 18yo daughter has been having some emotional/mental health things going on and we?re in the process of switching her... medication so when something isn?t right in her head, she?s usually going to have a melt down before it gets better. Everyonewas so incredibly kind and went above and beyond when her silk pie was accidentally left out of her to-go order. The kindnessand understanding of a stranger when you?re facing mental health challenges truly makes all the difference. These people don?tonly make delicious food but they truly have hearts that care! Read more
If I could leave no stars I would First let me say I understand being under staff.My experience with Huddle house tonight with... my family was awful .First we came in and it was for lack of better words not clean .The Waitress was not customer friendly shecould have cared less truly .I had a group of 5 and we were Givin a set of sliver wear and small cups and just was toldbasically everything was dirty. The tea was basically light brown water when we asked about sliver wear and what was wrong withthe tea she was really snappy asking us if we had a problem we could leave 2 out of the 5 drinks had been drank so we asked tohave a check for them and she told us to leave and not to come back . Food could be better, staff aren?t very friendly . They forget items a lot with meals. Meals always come out cold . Some staff... can be too friendly/ flirtatious to my husband which is just inappropriate. Poor workplace and eating establishment. I alwaysend up sick after eating food from here.
