I was extremely impressed with your restaurant and the waitress , Angela. I have a lot of Health conditions that warrant a... strict diet and I was actually able to eat something there . I had no idea your wings were cooked in beef tallow oil until Iasked . It was very high quality wings , and the service was excellent! I will be back if I?m ever in Harlingen again . Thankyou guys for making one of my rare experiences going out to eat one of the best ones I have had yet. That meant more to me thanyou would ever know . Everyone was so nice there and helpful. Been waiting 15 minutes and still no one has come to take our order. Let's see how much longer it takes. 25 min now and... nothing. Had to ask for a manager. Finally got a server after letting the manager know we had been waiting. Our server wasgreat - the food was awful. The bone-in wings did not taste fresh. I love to enjoy wings and drinks after work as much as the next joe, but Buffalo Wild wings takes the fun out of enjoying... yourself with long wait times for seating, service, and making mistakes on food. My biggest issue when getting boneless wings issometimes you'll be served clumps of sauced up breading with little to no chicken in it. Being served bite-sized "wings" afterclose to an hour wait is just not good enough for me. Honestly it wasn?t the waitress..nor anybody around while working? except the manager.. he seemed lost..like he didn?t have a... plan for his staff. I understand you guys have a full house but if you don?t plan the day ahead..there?s no way you will getyour customers happy.. or pay for what they are going to eat.
