Literally couldn?t respond appropriately to me via the drive thru right now! I ask for a price difference in the up charge since... they want to upsell me but can?t even have manners. Was disrespectful. What?s even worse was the fact they advertise chocolatebeignet but if you ask for them she lies and says they don?t have any but then the drive thru cashier says they do and tells meto drive around and then I drive around and she tells me again they don?t have any and wants to argue about it via the intercom.Highly disappointed with my first experience here. The restaurant was very clean & food was delicious. Chicken had just come out. 2 stars because the young man who took my order... was NOT friendly. He wore a mask below his mouth. I had placed my order & when he went to get my order he came back to say therewas no dark meat. It would take 8 minutes. I told him to cancel my order (I'm not from Harlingen). Then I changed my mind & toldhim to go ahead with my order & he seemed bothered that I changed my mind. The restaurant was empty when I arrived. Managementneeds to take time to work with employees etiquette. If it wouldn't of been for that, I would of given a 5 star. Read more
