I don?t normally do this but something needs to change. Each tome I go, my food is either cold, the order is wrong, or I wait a... ridiculous amount of time. My family loves the food and We probably would go more often if it wasn?t for all the negativeexperiences. First I called several times and waited 10 min and no one answered. I went to the restaurant to order to go and wastold it would be 35-45 min, granted it wasn?t very busy. I placed my order and told them I would be back to pick up since welive down the street. I came back 45 min and it still was not out. I waited another 15 min in my car, we got our food and it waswrong so I had them fix it. And then when I get home about 6 min later, our food was already cold?this is sad..I tried to leavea review on Facebook and was not allowed. Read more

I recently visited the ed carey location and was very satisfied, with it being national wing day we decided to give this... location another try since in the past it hadn't been up to part either. Today i waited a good hour for wings which I understandit's going to be a busy day but as I got home (which isn't more than 5 minutes from my house) my wings were cold and tasted asif was old already cooked chicken. Extremely dissatisfied and will not be giving this location another try. Only reason i gavethis location two stars was because my daughter loved her cheeseburger. Read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. My boyfriend and I ordered the Tuesday special 2 for 1 with the fries (we even pointed at the... screen) paid, and I didn?t get a receipt?. When we received our order a few minutes later we didn?t have the fries.. wementioned that we were missing fries and the employees stated that we didn?t order it with fries. After requesting a copy of thereceipt, we noticed that they left off the fries- after arguing back and forth the employee mentioned that we were charged wrongand weren?t explained that there was a special July promotion excluding the fries, even though we ordered it with the fries.They told us that in order for them to fix it- we would have repurchase fries? after we had already been explained that theprice would have been the same. The ?supervisor? at the time offered no solutions and simply said that if we wanted fries weneed to pay for them- even though we had ordered them. My parents ordered lettuce wraps and received brown avocado on them?.When they ask for their money back the ?supervisor? simply looked at the food and walked around the counter to give them theirmoney back. No apologies and no explanation. Customer Service is definitely not a priority and it?s upsetting as payingcustomers. Safe to say we will not be returning to Wing Barn. Read more
