No wait to sit at the bar, 40 minutes wait for a table. Plenty of empty tables, but short staffed. The bartender/manager was... very accommodating. Not many choices for wine, by the glass. My steak, Filet, was ordered as medium rare but was well done. Ididn't complain, but the bartender noticed and had it remade. The second steak was medium. I ate part of it. Basically theyneed to hire someone who knows how to cook a steak. The bartender took my meal off the bill. My husband's walleye had bones, bynow we felt funny complaining about anything. They were trying to be accommodating. The potatoes and corn were good. We haven'tbeen to the 5 bridges restaurant, but we would try it next time. Read more
It's Friday 13th and that may have something to do with this. 25 minute wait to be seated and plenty of tables available. 45... minutes wait to receive food. Meat room temp tender but dry. baked potato hot. Been here before food was better. Its comfortfood not like its high end. Waitress very pleasant. Read more
Nice place pretty busy Friday night seemed like they were short on waitstaff as there was barely any tables taken up and they... were saying a 30 minute wait they featured a buffet of Turkey,ham and green bean casserole but everything looked dried out foodwas good that I ordered though overall not bad the signature sauce for the ribs is awesome as well Read more
Terrible service. Waited over 50 minutes for our food. Other people came in after us and were served and finished eating before... we even got our food. Server did not come to our table once in that 50 minutes to refill drinks or update us on anything. Infact an expediter actually brought the food. Our server didn't come to our table until we were finished eating and then asked ushow everything was and if she could get us anything. We asked for our check. She then said she'd be right back to pick up ourpayment. 10 mins later still not back. I had to go over to another employee (the same person who had dropped off our food) whowas setting up tables to get them to run our check. Food was OK. Very disappointing. Read more
