I?ll start by saying I?m a huge Smoothie King fan. I go almost every day for a Strawberry Gladiator with banana and peanut... butter. This location misses 65% of the time. Either it?s too watery or there are ice chunks still in the mix which makes itimpossible to drink. Today (11/02/22) was my least pleasant experience so far. I pull up to the drive-thru speaker, place myorder and proceed sit in front of the window for 3-4 minutes without anyone coming to my service. Once they do, they tell methey?re cash only. I was upset about this but I understand technology messes up. I left, went and got cash and returned. Uponreturning, I get my smoothie and cannot even drink it because it wasn?t blended enough. I went in yesterday (8-19-22) at about 7pm, I wasn't greeted. No one even said "will be with you" I watched as the drive thru... kid washed 4 blinders before he said " go ahead with your order" The manager in the grey sweats asked "if they were good andthen left. She didn't say a word to me either. I think if they could somehow streamline the process, the workers would be morehappy and improve customer service.
