Ordered off of their menu in the drive-through. I waited 15 minutes to pay. Never got to the pay window because nothing was... being done with the two cars in front of me there was nobody in the store, only two cars in the drive-through I was the third. Ileft without paying or getting my meal. I ordered food to be delivered from this location. I found hair in my food. When I called I was first told that they could t... find my order, then they found it. They asked what color hair it was. They never apologized, till way later. They asked who madethe food to the employees, and then proceeded to say that I must of been my drivers hair in the food. The bags are sealed shut,they told me my driver was an outside source, so how could he have made my food if they didn't know what I was referring too. Itwasn't my driver's fault.. poor guy was older and had chrome hair. This hair I found was black. They didn't take responsibilityfor the mess up at all. They are refunding me for the food I found hair in only because I said I was disgusted by it. Terriblecustomer service!!! Read more
