Messed up my pizza. Asked if they?d deliver a new pizza. they said yes. Then said they?d charge $2. Then said they don?t... deliver. Went in and the manager argued with me. Really poor customer service. It?s just a pizza, figured they?d own up totheir mistake. Read more
Always get barked at if I?m early to pick up a pizza order. I tell them I?m happy to wait but I?m treated poorly.
If I could give no stars I would. Came through busy as heck just trying to get snacks and hit the road when Georgia snapped at... me all because I wanted cash back. Apparently too lazy to do her job. When I asked the manager if this is the actions theysupport it was mentioned help was hard to find and that they just need someone. If they have more than 10 pizzas orders then they won't answer their phones.they have done this to me at least 6 times. tonight... I walked in with my phone in my hand ringing their number and asked the cashier what was wrong with their phone..he replied thatthey were very busy...when I walked in there I was the only one in there and one person at the pumps.
