We placed an online order to be delivered at our workplace at a certain time and they did not arrive. An hour after they were... supposed to be here, we called and were told our order had been "misplaced" but they are "sending it out right now." Anotherhour passes with no delivery, we call again, and are told they have "no record of the order" but they will "send it out rightaway." Yet another hour passes with no updates, and my friend leaves our place of work to go to Insomnia in person to see whatis going on. On the way out she sees her order just left sitting on the concrete sidewalk where any other person or animal couldaccess it. She never got a notification of delivery. Incredibly disappointing experience from this location, especiallyconsidering their entire business model is to literally deliver cookies to customers. Read more
Just what I was looking for at 11PM, an ice cream or cookie store that was opened at this time of night. Outdoor lights looks... kinda scary though! I feel like it is a great small place to study at night when you want some cookies and coffee. The icecream flavour was delicious, and definitely something different ? which is a good thing! Staff were very kind. We left our masks in the truck and they kindly provided paper ones so we were able to order quickly. The... cookies were excellent and they were patient as we took a few minutes to decide what we wanted. Sooo many excellwnt choices, itwas difficult to make up our mind. I came in with my partner to get some cookies Wednesday November the 17th at 11pm to try the cookies for the first time. There... was one male working very rude , walked in and I asked how he was and he responded ?better when I get to leave at 12?. Refusedto make us anything we wanted so we were forced to get whatever he had left which wasn?t even the cookies he said he put in thebox and also forgot one. We didn?t want to walk back inside to fix the problem because the attitude of this individual was thatbad. I was watching these cars pull up left and right picking up "Delivery Orders".. Extremely Busy. They have 15 Employees and All... were Nice especially the Manager that I met that came out to My Car, handed Me a Cookie and said "Try this." It was a"Chocolate Chunk" Cookie. It was Delicious, Fresh & Warm Cookie that just came out of the Oven. "Insomnia Cookies" are Expensivebut They should be ~ All Their Cookies as Homemade On the Premise and taste like Your Mom made Them. I brought a Dozen and Half.I let My Friends Everywhere Taste Them and They agreed ... "Mmm... These are Delicious! Where did You get Them?"
