I?ve been coming to Alcons Coffee Co for 3 years, and I?ve never once had a bad experience until July 27th, 2022. We had coffee... on Monday, and Tuesday and we got charged $4 like the normal price. Me and my friend get there on July 27th, 2022 and the womanwe took our order charged us $7. We got the same thing, iced coffee with just creamer and a iced coffee with caramel. I didn?thave enough money because i was expecting it to be $4 and something cents since tax and the flavor is 85 cents. I didn?t haveenough, and the girl changed her attitude from being nice to being rude when i told her i didn?t have the $2. She used the tipjar money, and we waited forever for our coffee. They weren?t busy, and i know it?s not that hard to make an ice coffee becauseI make them at home. When she was making the coffee, she barley put any coffee in it and watered it down right in front us. Sheput whipped cream and caramel drizzle on it too. Ice coffee?s aren?t supposed to have whipped cream and caramel drizzle, and Iknow i told her the right thing, because i saw her write down 2 iced coffee?s. As she was making the coffee, she kept giving usvery dirty looks, and we weren?t rude at all. We didn?t correct her because I didn?t want to mess with it at the time because idon?t like confrontations. I told my parents about it and they said that they?ll go up to the coffee shop with us to figure outwhat happened. The next day, me and my friend got coffee again, and we got charged our regular charge of $4. On Friday, me andmy parents and friend went into the shop and I told a different girl about what happened and started to debate us about it notbelieving us clearly. We asked for a manager, and she said she wasn?t there and that she?ll handle the situation. She was beingrude at this point and took $2 out of the tip jar and handed it to us.
