This place, these people, there's just something that you do not get anywhere else!! This subway location always gets my order... right and they are so so sweet to my addiction to the tasty food. The inside is clean and quiet for a perfect lunch away fromwork. Online orders can sometimes have technical difficulties and the staff will call you when they think something may havewent wrong rather than make any kind of assumptions. I love having the reassurance that when I order lunch my food and order arevalued by the employees! You guys are wonderful, thank you even more to Jennifer who is always watching out for us ???? The last time I ate there the lettuce was all wilted and had NO flavor, their ovens were broken and they were having to get... bread from the Middlesboro store so we were limited on our choices of sub rolls. I don't know if I will ever go back because Iget the Veggie Sub and if the vegetables aren't fresh it's not worth the price. Read more
If you expect them to understand their menu, you are making the wrong assumption. Ordered a BLT add mayo. Got back home to find... that apparently they don't know what BLT stands for, and gave me a BACON and MAYO sandwich. When I called to ask for a refundfor their mistake, they told me that the only way I could get a refund was to drive all the way back and return the sandwich tothem (so that they could throw it away).
