Twice in a row I have gotten a blizzard from the drive thru here and have basically been given milk for my blizzard. Way way... over blended and dripping down the sides when it was given to us. I gave it another try after the first time, but after thesecond time and having to throw away an entire blizzard I will not be going back. Read more

I paid $3.47 for a mini cookie dough blizzard and only got two small pieces of cookie dough! What a major rip-off!!!

We really prefer DQ over Culver's and McD's; however, the service, accuracy and attitude of the workers at the Hartford location... is really disappointing. Tonight our order was wrong on both burgers and milk shakes were totally chocolate "milk". My husbandpointed this out and then watched through the drive-thru window the workers yell & complain to each other as they argued whowould remake them. In addition, our order of onion rings had 4 rings. What the heck?!?! We once were young and had "starter"jobs but we also had pride in ourselves and our work. Read more
