We use to love this place, our go to. However tonight my son, as most children do, made a mess. As we were leaving I apologized... for it and the waitress said "have her tip us more then." It was a birthday dinner my friend took my family to. I could notbelieve the ridiculous comment. Needless to say they didn't get any tips, call it petty I don't care, and we will not bereturning! Requested a refill of a different flavor soda and was told you could only refill the same flavor. Food on the buffet was not... fresh and lacked a variety for the price. Bathrooms were filthy and lacked toilet paper and soap. Overall not impressed andwould not recommend. West Bend has more selection and for the price better buffets. Read more

I found the restaurant is not the cleanest when picking up a to-go order. That was quite disappointing. However, the food was... delicious. I'd return but would appreciate it if they'd clean up, especially near the buffet area. Read more
