Drive thru Ordered combo. No fries. Went inside to find out they had no fries ready. I guess they thought, I would just drive... away without questioning. Had to wait for fries. Why didn't they tell me when I ordered combo. Poor management! Read more
Do not go here. Keep on driving after waiting 20 minutes or more you will finally get your order and what you get will not be... edible and not what you ordered. This place is a JOKE I waited 32 minutes to get my food just to find out my order was wrong just like the 5 people in front of... me. NOBODYS order was right and the workers were more interested in satisfying the drive up orders. NOT ONE TIME we're any of ustold sorry for your wait. I don't particularly like Burger King but it is next door and at least they have a management staffthat knows how to get the food out in a timely manner. Breakfast sandwich was the worst. Steak bagel was hard and a knife would not even cut it. Order a cheese and egg Breakfast... sandwich and it was a sausage biscuits that must of been a leftover from the day before. Person at the pick up counter was moreinterested playing a game on his phone rather the bag the food. Overall the store is recently build. They have a complete lack of experience with fast food! The management staff should be ashamed of themselves for improperly... training the young staff to follow The directions laid out by the franchise itself. They can't manage the drive thru at all.
