Globe Chophouse is so close to being a really good restaurant. A friend recommended it so we went a bit out of our usual radius... to go, calling on Friday to get a table at 7:00 on Saturday night. The ambience is great so we looked around a lot as we had towait over 30 minutes. The host didn?t seem aware of our reservation and said I think we can fit you in after the 30 minutes. Ourserver was sweet but seemed stressed and service was a bit slow. Best of the night? Lemon Drop Martini, twice-baked potatoes,and Chicken Saltimbocca which was the special. Maybe they were short-staffed but letting us know with a quick apology would havehelped. Read more
