It was not welcoming. The seating was for children not adults. The coffee beverage I got was awful and I threw it out.
I have been to this branch many times over the 12 years and I would highly recommend. The staff is very friendly and the coffee... is terrific. My drink favorite is the butter bear. Read more
The baristas are the rudest I have ever seen at a Bigby! They would not take a screen shot if the coupon I had, so I went on... face book to look it up showed it to her and they still would not take it because of screen brightness. Handed me my drinks lidswere not attached. I asked which were the reduced calorie one vs the reg. Ones and got a 5 min lecture on how they dont puttopping on the reduced calorie ones. Instead of just saying the reg one has syrup on top. I said there is no reason to be rudeand they said "you dont need to come back" dont worry I wont be. I buy bigby every day $30-40 orders. I am camping in Hartlandfor 3 weeks, and do that frequently through the summer I would rather get speedway coffee than deal with their rude behavior. Myregular Bigby is Pinckney and they are amazing the coffee is great! I highly recommend going to the Pickney location instead. Read more
These are the rudest employees ever. Especially for biggby. If you can't handle working in customer service. Get a different... job! Sad management allows this for their customers. They never get your order right on top of that. Then they are extremelyrude when you say your order was wrong. I will not be coming back to this one. Read more

I love lattes, but the best part of it for me is the whipped cream. This might seem like a small thing, but I swear this biggby... is the ONLY coffee place in the area that consistently gives me whipped cream on my lattes (even if I specifically ask for it atother places they forget it) ????. Again, this might seem small but to me it makes all the difference!! That tells me they payattention to the details which can make or break your coffee order! Read more
