We stopped at the Hartland Culver's for a later lunch. We were greeted by a friendly staff member eager to our order! She took... our order and verified the order. She gave us our order number and directed us forests the drink and condiment area. After themeals arrived she came around to see if everything was all right. About 10 minutes later we saw a man sweeping around the tablesand wiping the tables down. Come to find out the man was Fred the Culver's franchise owner! What a great example is to the staffhe has trained. We talked with him for about 10 minutes explain why we so enjoy Culver's restaurants. The friendly, patient,and well-trained staff are so appreciated. How the food is prepared fresh and is consistent in quality and flavor. We finishedoff our lunch with redeeming scoopie tickets for kid-sized sports ball for Christmas. It is one of our favorite Culver's inMichigan! Read more
