I live in Hartsdale for over 5 years and have been a costumer of Villagio for at least 4 years and I’m really dissatisfied and... disappointed with the service and quality food that are serving this year, 4 consecutive times I ordered pizza and also a saladboth were horrible, very sloppy pizza and undercooked, the salad omg always duty and disgusting, old and slimy, My husband and Ihave gotten sick every time we order from them! Very disappointed with the service over the past 2 months - we have been loyal and consistent customers for over 10 years.... Tonight we ordered 2 large pizzas and they took over 2 hours to arrive. Last time it took over 3 hrs. The pizza is excellent -but the delivery service is deplorable, only excuses and confusion when you call in looking for an update. Beautiful place. The food was, not authentic Italian. We had a pizza, seafood pasta and dessert. The desserts were only okay.... Very little flavor, lots of sugar.
