My last two trips to this Bojangles were very disappointing. Today they were out of sweet tea at 9:30 in the morning. And I... already know they cannot be bothered to put Mayo ON the biscuit but they couldn't even be bothered to put a packet in the bag.Last trip I waited for over an hour for 2 biscuit combos. Initially I was in the drive thru but that line was not moving so Idecided to park and go inside. Stood at the register for 15 minutes with no one asking to take my order. I finally get on myphone to place my order online so they will at least get started on my order. After waiting another 10 minutes I finally stopthe manager and ask how long until my online order is ready. She tells me they don't do online orders. I show her my phone whereI've already ordered and paid for my food. She had to "find" my order in the system. 2 nights ago ordered 12 pc dinner as a treat for family because we don't eat out a lot. Biscuits were rock hard, sweet tea... tasted like water we couldn't drink it. Chicken was dry. Dirty rice was about the only decent thing on the plate. Waste of moneyand it's too far away from our home to take order back and put in complaint.. Read more

Never had any problems with this location. But yesterday, I had gotten from fries that sitting under that heat lamp way too... long. Because they were hard! When asking for season fries. Ask for fresh! Read more
