I was there on Mother's Day w/ My Fiancé & although we are not from the area we could tell this resturant really cares about... their customers bcuz they went above and beyond my expectations. Although we didn't have reservations they still managed to seatus. The food, the drinks, & the entertainment was all terrific! They even gave out complimentary mimosas, Godiva chocolate bars,& a tequila shot for all the mothers! Not to mention, our server was great as well. Oh we ordered the crab broil which includedlobter tails & a heaping of shrimp, potatoes, corn, & we also ordered the spinach & crab dip (which was good), & seafood Mac(the best). The Seafood was really good they have great prices. They have a gratuity 3-5 10% n 5+ 18%. I ordered Pookie Man which have... shrimp, 2 lobster tails cut in half (small to medium size), 2 crab legs, corn and potatoes. On the menu it says the Pookie Manis 59.99 but on the bill it was 64.99. My flavors was Cajun and lemon pepper the flavors was great. I also ordered friedalligator which was bland. Calamari was bland and nasty. Crawfish bites was tiny fried crawfish tails that was ok with thedipping sauce. I also order the shrimp and grits with bacon OMG SO DELICIOUS. The place was clean I didn't go in the bathrooms.Good music was playing and my waitress was nice it was 4 of us so the gratuity was $30. This was an awesome experience to start the place has a great lay out the drinks were nice I ordered the swamp water the... alligator appetizer are nice a bit small but good in flavor also ordered the two snow crab and two oldsters tails with shrimpwith potatoes and corn the seasoning was garlic butter and spicy there are May options on seasoning flavor calamari appetizerswere awesome too over all the server was polite will definitely visit them again Read more
All I can say is wow the flavor, the amount, the customer service is all top notch! Our server name was Mya and she was nothing... short of amazing she made sure we wanted for nothing, and answered each and every question without hesitation!!! We had so muchfood we were able to bring it home. We complimented the owner and her smile melted the room she's so humble! I would definitelyrecommend and will be going back soon. Wouldn?t even give them a 1 star but that?s the lowest available. We arrived at 7pm it took an hour to get our chips and salsa,... several tables who came in after us got their entire meal and left before we had our appetizer. we asked for a manager 3 times,our waitress said they were behind due to being busy, our food finally came at 9pm our order was incomplete, cold and those thatgot food it was soggy as if reheated . The manager came out and said the printers were down. Instead of coming out and tellingus what the issue was after a hour or before they all had excuses. They were generous enough to just charge us for just ourdrinks. More than likely the ticket was lost and instead of being apologetic the staff made excuses. We come every year toPensacola and usually rave about all the the food but sorry worst experience on the island! Save your time and skip thus place! Read more
