Disappointing. Bad tasting ice tea to begin with. Wonton soup was bland. My mandarin chicken was luke warm, cool after 10... minutes. On positive note: huge portions on entrees. Read more
The food at China Doll is great but the problem is trying to order the food. For months now whenever we call to place a to go... order, the phone is busy & when it does finally ring, no one answers! We usually like to order every Friday or Saturday but ittakes forever to get through on the phone & that's if you actually get through! We have tried for over an hour now to place anorder but no one is answering! I called one of the numbers over 100 times & my bf tried the other number on his phone over 75times! I understand that they may be busy but put a message on the phone with a certain time to place to go orders or at leastanswer the phone & say you aren't taking to go orders at the moment. Do something to let people know. We finally got tired ofcalling and placed an order elsewhere. Read more
This place is for the birds they have going down hill the quality of the food is not the same as the early 80 and 90. Some... things have really changed in the years, we ordered Chi-Cho appetizers to start I was told that they were fresh they just cameup how would she know when you're not working in the back of the kitchen when they came out they were dark. When we place ourfood order and somehow once our food came out what a surprise the Chi-Cho were much lighter and fresher the original Cha-Chosthat we ordered as our appetizer may have been recook. Food was good...BUT, ordered food and waited to go there. When we got inside there were 10 or so people waiting to pick up... orders. Orders were sitting on the bar, and on the old order wall ..only the people with orders got theirs while I wasthere....after 30 minutes of waiting an hour total now) one of the staff went to the order shelf and picked up my bag.
