Ordered before they were closed and my order was canceled without a call or any notification. I spend a lot of money with... dominos and this place is the worst because they didn?t even answer when I called which was 25 minutes before their hours saidthey were closed. Read more
Update: We started ordering again... and was pleased with service for a little while. Then, they forget the fork for the pasta,... the lid for the pasta, put garlic butter on the crust when the order says no garlic. But tonight was the last straw. I ordereddelivery for my daughter and 30 minutes later I checked the status and it said it was for pickup. I checked my email and Idefinitely ordered delivery. So I called the store, Aleisha answered. I told her what happened, she said it was for pickup. Itold her I ordered delivery and she got an attitude and said there were no drivers. I asked why wasn't I called and she hung upon me. I called back and she answered saying, "Look, if you come pick up your order, the delivery charge will be taken off." Ido understand when there aren't any drivers. I have no problem picking it up but I do have a problem with the attitude. So Iasked her why she hung up on me. No apology, just repeating what she just said. I asked for a manager, she said she is. So, Itold her I'm calling her boss in the morning and to cancel my order. We are officially done! 8 months ago... Damn near everytime we order, something is wrong with it. This one is the last straw and we'll never order again. It was barely cooked, thehand tossed crust was as thin as a thin crust and now I have to drive for the replacement, meaning the rest is at home gettingcold. Waste of money! I'm done! Read more
Trash! Rude! Fixed my pizza wrong and didn?t want to rectify the problem over the phone! I had to drive there to be told go... through the drive through and no manager was available! I will NEVER spend a dime at any dominoes!!! I don?t eat pork! Toldthem beef pizza! Was given a pepperoni! With something else hard in the box!! Horrible service! My pizza was not cooked nearly enough...I called and the guy said the oven is set on a certain degree and amount of time it... cooks, but if i want it cooked longer i must request that when ordering.
