Went to Pho Bang Harvey with a great friend of mine for a mid afternoon meal. The service was great. It was busy with... customersand the employees were on point takingcare of customers and bussing tables. The food was delicious. We had the Gui CuonBo Nuong (spring rolls with beef - not pictured).
