Beyond ridiculous customer service. Waited 15 min in line and then argued with the manager over the difference of prices listed... outside on their menu vs what they punched in my receipt. The manager was rude and patronizing. After payment was resolved, hetold me 20 min more wait for my order. I had to ask for a refund and go somewhere else. 25 min wasted with hungry kids in thecar! I normally don't every post things but I just spent another $5 on a gallon of sweet tea just for it to taste like old tea. The... taste is normally from not properly washing the machine used to make the tea. And for someone like me who is only gets tea froma few places I have now lost a place. Read more
