The person making the pizza was nice, but when I checked my pizza, it did not look anything the way the Handmade Pan Pizza... usually looks like. And the guy said ?yeah I must have prepped it wrong? And so I guess I didn?t wanna be a hassle and didn?task for a new one, I get home and it tastes okay at best. The handmade pan is usually a dollar more, but I got half of thecheese as it usually comes with. Pretty disappointing, they also forgot to add hot sauce and forgot my icing to my CinnamonBread Twists. Read more
Would rate this delivery a 0 star. They like to give you a free pizza or 20% off next order but that doesn't make it right. Live... maybe 8 minutes away but got delivery bc of being outside. Took about an hour if not over to get. Pizza was cold. Mine as wellheated up a hotpocket and let it sit for 10 minutes to be same quality. I ordered and it showed my pizza was showing status of quality check. Another 25 minutes, still quality check. I called, was... told they only had one driver but promised my pizza would taste fresh. At an hour, I checked and it said pizza was being baked. I called and they said to make sure my pizza was fresh they re-baked a fresh one & delivery shortly. My pizza arrived shortly. It was fresh, delicious, & excellent. I?ve experienced this since moving from overseas back to the US since Dec. Shortage ofstaff. I can be flexible and the manager kept me on informed. It's been 2 hours since I ordered and when I call, Heather repeatedly hung the phone up to avoid answering questions about why... it's taking so long. After 4 calls I was able to get her name to post this, I would not order delivery from this location and ifyou do, definitely don't tip. In all honesty it would be best to order carry out as my order has been sitting at the qualitycheck for 80 minutes. JEREMIAH is a sad individual. The delivery driver had been out since 12:12 pm and it was 1:45 pm and I was genuinely calling to... find out if the driver was ok and his exact words were "you can call her" I asked for someone else to talk to and he said he wasthe only one there. The fact he couldn't reach out to his delivery driver to check on her is absurd. Would not work for a placeas such. We even called to confirm our order would be delivered by 1 pm at 11 am and he assured us it would and we did not getthe order until after 2 pm. Domino's excuse was they are short staffed which is not an excuse.. As an employee you have to beable to problem solve so maybe if you are so short staffed you should do carry out only instead of lying. One of the pizzas wasn't cut, no asiago or extra pepperoni on one and very little toppings on the other pizza. Brownies weregreat! I hope the manager reads this review. Set your employees up for success, not failure. Today wasn't an example of that. Ifthere is an astronomical mess up like ours was--allow the shift lead and employees to make it right with the customer withoutgetting in trouble. Customers are always right and you need them to keep coming back. Had they not made it right today--we wouldnot come back.
