Menu for Saroki's Crispy Chicken & Pizza in Haslett, MI

We had fried chicken, pizza and bread sticks for supper and everything was so incredible and FRESH! The chicken was so crispy... and tender, by far the best fried chicken breast I've ever had! The bread sticks were so soft and fluffy like a cloud andbuttery ????. The pizza was also wonderful. The manager was so kind, friendly, polite and patient, so were the staff. Ordered the 8 piece fried chicken meal (8 piece, 2 large sides, 4 biscuits). We live about 15 minutes away and when we got home,... the food was still hot. The fried chicken has peppery notes though I wouldn't call it spicy. And it was crunnnnchy. I think thebiscuits are brushed with honey butter as there was a tinge of sweetness on them. The mac n cheese and potato wedges werestandard. The price point is a tad high, but that's everything right now. We were happy overall with our first Saroki'sexperience. Had a calzone and chicken tendies.. for takeout both were really solid. I wish there was a spot where I could eat in so the food... didn't cool at all but even so it was still tasty when I got it home. The house dipping sauce for the chicken is ????. The guyworking when I went in was great - friendly, jovial, and had all the answers to my questions. Only downside -- they putpineapple on pizza ???? Last thing -- you can tell a lot about a restaurant by the napkins they include -- and these guys giveyou GREAT napkins. Read more

Decent at best chicken if you like your chicken really greasy. Mashed potatoes were drowned in obviously canned brown... gravy. The tenders were ok but unnecessarily spicy. Potato wedges were under seasoned. Best part was the woefully ineptmanagement. The online order accepted a coupon code but didn?t apply it. The great response ?the app is wonky, too bad, willtell higher ups, too bad?. So basically was told you don?t matter as a customer. We don?t want your business. By time I got tocar bags were a greasy mess. I hoped the food would offset the bad customer experience because we like supporting localrestaurants. Unfortunately the food was worse than customer service. Not a great look for a new business. Should have gone toHenry?s place or Raising Cane?s. The food is AMAZING!!!!!!!! the customer service is amazing. BUT I came in a month or so ago and learned that CREDIT CARD tips... DO NOT go to the employee. They are allowed to do that if they want but morally it just sucks. So if you do decide to try thisplace out or going back and you want to tip?. try doing CASH. That way the employees get what they work hard for that day. WhatI do love is that they keep a smile on their faces and represents the company very well even with this.
