Amazing bourbon street chicken 10/10 recommend I do wish it had more shrimp though that would really be a plus. Reason for... Rating: The Staff was incredibly rude and impolite to both us and the people in front of us. We were second in line and theseated about 10 people before us and the seated a five person group before the people in front of us. (These were all walk ins)then after the 1st group of people left because nobody was seating them the staff badmouthed those customers in front of othercustomers. Read more
They were super busy when my friend and I got there but they were able to seat us right away. They were training a new waitress... and both were kind, they apologized about our food taking a little longer than normal, they were short staffed and slammed, theyhad managers working in the kitchen. The food was great and tasted super delicious, well worth the wait. I ordered the baconcheeseburger with a side of boneless wings. Read more
Applebee?s is Applebee?s, so this review is, like a few of my others, mostly about the staff. We came in at a pretty busy time... right before dinner, a five person table. The service was as expected time-wise, and every server and hostess we dealt with wasgreat! Our waitress got everything right and kept our drinks refilled and table clean, and when something minor was wrong withour desserts, she made immediate action to correct it, though her name slips my mind at the moment. I come here a few times amonth and can?t imagine the stress of being a waitress, which is why it?s amazing that all your staff here is so calm, kind, andgood at their jobs. I managed restaurants for decades, and tend to be quite particularabout customer service. I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations, which is extremely rare. Miranda is the best and most hard working employee I?ve seen, not only is she friendly and very caring but is very professional... and good with problem solving skills. I had already ordered and noticed they had Oreo shakes, I was soon to be leaving and wastroubled that I couldn?t stay to drink my shake. The sound of a concerned customer traveled across the establishment to her keenears. She rushed to my aid to inform me that they offer them to go and she could start one right away.
