Update 11/3 and 11/4 22 on Hastings location we went back and of course they forgot something I did call and we are going back.... We tired to go back in the evening and they closed at 7:30 when it says they are open until midnight. I am super annoyed byArby's and how they handle themselves! (It's a hit or miss unfortunately. The chicken is sometimes dry and cold. The fries arealso sometimes cold. We did get a make it right coupon but we went to the one in cottage Grove instead of Hastings big mistake.Arby's in Hastings is a lot better than cottage Grove. Quick service. Curly fries were great. The roast beef & smokehouse brisket sandwiches were filling.
Slow service and once again no dipping sauces for our sides even though it was noted on the receipt. Also, when I attempted to... contact the store by phone when my husband got home with our food nobody picks up the phone. I filed a review on the companywebsite. I just got home from the hospital on Sunday and I will be using a walker for the next eight weeks. I just wanted asmall treat of getting Arby's. Very disappointing. Read more
At 9:15ish P.M. on August 8th 2022 I placed an order and didn't receive what I ordered. I was charged for a 6 piece mozzarella... and only got 4. I had 2 beef and cheddar roast beefs ordered and instead I got a plain roast beef and a cheddar roast beef. Gal at the window was rude. Plus there was an employee sitting on the counter next to the cash register. When I see lazyemployees then I expect 100 satisfaction. That means they have completed their job.
