As always the water park is a great place to go however we are greatly disappointed ?? with the usage of the emnitys I go to... exercise in the lazy river half the time it was closed and the other half the time the wave pool was closed,even the slides wereclosed on occasion and then to top it off they closed 10 days before school even started when you spend a whopping 200+$ on apass you expected to be able to use all the venues they offer everyday I feel that If your going to not be able to use theentire park every day then you should lower the prices accordingly and refund that portion that you closed early for . This place is great for all ages, it offers as just as much as other popular Tri-city Pools park north of Hastings but it's only... a fraction of the cost. However, They seem to be very short of help causing then to close some of the more popularattractions. I'd rather drive from GI to Hastings and we are glad to have found this pool park. Read more

Well it's a great Park except for the fact you can't use the lockers because for the third time this summer already my children... have had their money stolen out of their bags and the same excuse that I've gotten all three times is over the doors open it'sblocking the cameras. Another issue is they're charging full price to get into the water park but half of the stuff is closedoff like the wave pool closes early because they don't have enough staff then maybe they should take that off the cost of thewater park Read more

We were behind 2 people waiting for tubes for the lazy river then a large group of people got in line behind us. They obviously... all knew each other and as the tubes became available they were given to the people behind us. I will never go again! Read more

Firstly, I?d like to say that this is the first google review I?ve ever written. I have bought season passes for this water park... many times. We have enjoyed countless hours there, over many years. This year our family won a 3 person pass from the school. Itwas set up and we asked if we could pay more to have it upgraded to include more of the family. We were told by the water parkemployee that wasn?t allowed. So with some advice from a former water park manager, we called Ryan at the parks and rec office.He took the first call and said he would straighten it out and give us a call when the pass was ready. I called back two timesover the next couple weeks and was told Ryan was in board meetings and budget meetings. I called again today and was told yes, Ican speak with him! Awesome, thank you :) I gave the lady my name and could hear her relaying my info to Ryan. She asked whatthis was regarding, so I repeated the situation to her, which she again passed on the info. Then I was told he left while wewere chatting. We have waited weeks for a call back after leaving our number with Ryan, the original water park employee, andalso a manager at the water park on three separate occasions. Almost half of the season is now over and the lady who answeredthe phone today said we can now go buy a pass at the full price? after we were told weeks ago that it wasn?t allowed. I told herthat at this point, I might as well wait for the passes to be half priced. She said that won?t be till next month. I said yes,that?s right around the corner. Then she told me that they might not do that this year. The mid season prices are listed on thecity website. I responded that I will not pay full price for a pass when we are almost through half of the season.
